I love the teas Queen Dorothy Cooper turned me on to... Motherland's Gold Moringa Hibiscus Tea and Motherland's Gold Moringa Ginger Tea. I make every effort to have at least 1 cup per day. I sweeten it with agave and add either lemon or lime juice. It's a perfect morning, nighttime or anytime tea.

When I started drinking the tea I weight in at 216lbs. My current weight is 203lbs. I even bought a special clear 16oz cup to wake up or relax with the beautiful color the teas have when the sunlight penetrates my cup.
