I have been using Motherland's Gold Moringa Capsules for over a month. I was told it is great for energy but it made me relaxed and sleepy. So I started using it as a sleep aid. Usually it takes me a long time to wind down and go to sleep. Now I go to sleep right away after taking it. I get a great, deep sleep so when I wake up I feel clear headed, focused and energetic. I am a commercial licensed semi-truck driver so that is very helpful for making sure I drive safe and sound.

Yesterday I had a terrible headache and nausea from running over a huge pothole at a truck stop Monday night. When my Team Leader Toni called for my training yesterday, she told me take extra capsules every few hours and to open up some of the Moringa capsules and put the powder on a warm washcloth and put it on the area that hurt. I did so on my neck. I immediately felt a tingle around my neck that spread around my temples and forehead. In about 4 or 5 hours my headache and nausea was completely gone! I couldn't believe how fast it worked!

So, it also a pain reliever. I think I am getting a bargain on the price because it is a sleep aid, energy/focus booster and pain reliever all in one... well worth it for all the benefits.
