I am on disability because 4 yrs ago I had a light stroke which affected my arms, hands, legs and feet. Also I am a pre diabetic with neuropathy, at the last stage, which means, the burning in my feet was so bad I could bearly walk! I have been on over 10 medications because of other health issues! The medications made me feel dizzy all of the time. Also, I gained a lot of weight which causes me shortness of breath. So, I wasn't very active at all!
